Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
“LIGHTERMAN” means LIGHTERMAN (Pty) Ltd, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of South Africa with registration number 2004/004730/07.
“Customer” means any person who places an order for goods or services on the LIGHTERMAN website.
“Goods” means any products or services offered for sale on the LIGHTERMAN website.
“Website” means the LIGHTERMAN website located at www.lighterman.co.za.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
* By placing an order on the Website, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

* To place an order on the Website, the Customer must follow the instructions on the screen.

* All prices on the Website are in South African Rands (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.
* LIGHTERMAN strives to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, however errors may sometimes occur.
* If LIGHTERMAN discovers an error in the price of an order, LIGHTERMAN will contact the Customer as soon as possible.
* The Customer has the right to cancel the order if the price is incorrect.
* LIGHTERMAN reserves the right to withdraw any Goods from the Website at any time.
5. Payment
* The Customer can pay for their order using a variety of methods, including credit card, debit card, and PayPal.
* LIGHTERMAN will not store any credit card or debit card information.
* All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
6. Delivery
* LIGHTERMAN will deliver the Goods to the Customer’s address as specified in the order.
* LIGHTERMAN will use its best efforts to deliver the Goods within the time specified on the Website.
* However, LIGHTERMAN cannot guarantee that the Goods will be delivered on time.
* If the Goods are not delivered within a reasonable time, the Customer can contact LIGHTERMAN for assistance.
7. Returns and Refunds
* The Customer has the right to return any Goods that are not satisfactory within 7 days of delivery.
* The Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
* LIGHTERMAN will refund the Customer the full amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
8. Liability
* LIGHTERMAN is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of:
* Any delay in the delivery of the Goods;
* Any defect in the Goods; or
* Any other matter arising out of or in connection with the sale of the Goods.
9. General
* These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
* Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
